Our Management Services include the following:
- Complete application process to include credit screening and legal background search, as well as income verification through a professional screening company.
- Review property and provide evaluation and market rental value.
- Complete lease/rent process utilizing agreements that comply with all relevant state and federal laws.
- Collect first months rent, deposit and all applicable fees. Provide owners with monthly profit & loss statements and a breakdown of any expenses. Process deposits thru our trust account.
- Inspections - Move-in and move-out inspections are completed with tenants. Exterior and interior inspections are performed on an scheduled basis.
- Maintenance - Premises to be kept in move-in condition. Any damage caused by tenants will be charged to tenants. We work with several local contractors for a variety of maintenance needs. All services required will be handled in a timely manner.
- Advertising your property will be done on several web sites, including military, local newspapers, flyers and signage.
